First source for research paper.........
Gelernter, D. (2012, March 26). The Pros and Cons of Cyber English. The Wall Street Journal, p. A17. Retrieved April 11, 2013, from Academic Search Premier
-This was an article in the Wall Street Journal all about the modern way people are typing and using the English language. It's filled with smiley faces, and other expressions. It allows people to send pictures, along with messages which is creating a whole new type of language almost like a gray area between writing and showing a video. People don't realize what it was like years ago when your only option was pen and paper. Mail was sent through the postal service, rather than just pushing a send button on your computer. The author then goes on to conclude that the English language will always be stronger than the power of modern technology, and it will always be there was a "backup" to whatever else is invented and trending in the future.
This is a really good summary of what the source you used says and how it goes with what your trying to convey in your research paper. of course, you need to add reasons on why this is a scholarly source and why and how you are going to use it in your paper. As for the summary part though, it is good.
